Embodying natural produce and employing healthy cooking techniques, Vietnamese cuisine is considered one of the best cuisines on the planet for healthy food enthusiasts. Since Quy Nhon is one of the growing tourist hubs at the moment, you can certainly experience these diverse dishes and flavours there. Here is a guide to foodie adventures in Quy Nhon.

A glimpse at Vietnamese cuisine
The Vietnamese food is a fusion of many flavours and techniques worldwide. It is mostly influenced by regional Southeast Asian, Chinese and French culinary influences, with rice being the staple. Ingredients like coconut milk, chilli, and butter are used in cooking, which reflects this. Vietnamese dishes are renowned for their well-balanced, fresh and delicate tastes. This is because they are made of a balance of spicy, salty, sour and sweet components. You get vegetables, fresh herbs, a little oil and spices used in preparing dishes. A striking feature of this type of cooking is the emphasis on pure and natural flavours. Therefore, it is recognised as one of the healthiest foods to have across the world.
